Hotel Almaray Ernakulam — failed digital transaction

On 07/03/2018, I swiped my ATM card for a payment of Rs 520/-. After all the input I was told that the transaction has not taken place. I paid the money in cash. After few minutes my account was debited also. The hotel claims that they have not received the amount in their account. I send a mail to SBI branch, they have not done anything so far. Please advise me the further course of action.
