I booked for car driving lesson for my son on 25th March, 2023. They asked me to pay Rs.6, 000/- for 20 classes drving lesson for Creta and Seltos car. I told them i will pay Rs.4, 000/- and assured them to pay the balance after classes are concluded. They were to start driving classes from next day that is 26th March at 10 am. Order no[protected]. I ordered mask and steamer from Apollo on April 21st. I have ordered through phonepe switch. My money was deducted but my order was not confirmed and it is not showing in my orders folder. I have contacted through mail and call to apollo and phonepe so many times but they are not responding. information given on website regarding room tariff is incorrect. when we move ahead 2 book the room then hotel staff said that that tariff is not applicable and new tariff is much more then tell if given on website.
