Hotel Saravana Bhavan — challenge in quality of food served and fraud happening to take away order

Today by 8.30pm in person at valasarawalkam branch ordered for butter nan and curries. It was a take away. They just applied ghee on old nan which was chill, also inspite of large curry ordered they forged me with regular one. When i asked them they took 1 hour to change it and give me after regular followups.
Preference was given only to online providers, whom were supported by 10min of service.
Even security allows vehicles of online providers to park and ask others to park outside parking area.
To complaint no one answered and even said that there are no managers in the hotel.
It is also not so to be boosted by hotel on taste or quality of food. The customers who step in only on some conditional basis, like tea meet / floating customers / for social status mentality people.
Worst attitude of supplier, manager and security.
Will never step in or recommend anyone who comes from other state/inner state.
For you people, if one come with glitters you all bend and show the maximum smile just for the sake of tips.
Respect for a person coming in car and bikes are also classified.

All this could be confirmed via cctv over there.

On whole the entire food which i bought was distributed to road pets as we were not able to eat.

I don't know without customer satisfaction how this business runs. I believe this chain of hotel will shut in a span of 1 year.

As me a media person, would also try to show cause shortly.
