I started the membership today thinking that hotstar is streaming live cricket matches of india vs australia. But to my dismay i found that they do not and i called in to cancel my membership. They refused to refund the money and in their defense they claim that although they have pictures of kohli and cricket in the website and also have india vs australia, they claim since they have (2019) it means only in 2019 they will have the ability to stream it..
It's clear case of cheating and i wasted 30 mins of my time talking with the customer service folks who were polite but they were repeating the same info like a broken record. Please stay away from this cheating company and go with a more nicer company like willow/sling..
