Hotstar — not providing services despite charging money.

I have paid for the premium membership for hotstar amounting 18inr on 7th april 2017. However i am not able to use the premium privileges. When i mailed them regarding the issue, they replied that it will be resolved. After 24hrs i am still not able to use the services. They sent a mail saying i can use the services and still it is not working. Kindly look into it.

I have susribed to All Sports Pack of Hotstar to watch all sports including IPL for 1 year. But despite my payment Hotstar asks to upgrade to premium to watch live stream at 999/- per year.Transaction Order ID: 964963. Kindly check it out.I want to get back my refund of 299/- at earliest.
