Hotstar — unfair subscription practises and not delivering according to what was promised

I had a annual subscription for hotstar which had taken in 2019 for 999inr
And i was promised that every year i have to renew my subscription for 999.

Now, i had kept my account to auto debit so after a year when they were about to charge me 999inr, they gave me a few failed transaction message, and discontinued my subscription, after those messages i checked my card information thinking maybe something wrong with my bank which is why they cannot auto debit it so i updated the account details and asked them to repeat the transaction hoping it would clear this time.
But how ever now they want me to pay 1499 for the yearly subscription, which is unacceptable to me as i was promised 999.
This is what they are doing since they know now as for the lockdown people are going to use more of they site so they go no increase the prices nevertheless and cheat their existing customers by making them resubscribe to their new and more costly rates of the old service that was provided and promised to me at 999 annually. I have series of email threads of they telling me now you will have to pay 1499. This is shamefull hotstar i am your existing member dont take advantage of this situation that the world is currently in.

I have not subscribed for the renewal of hotstar subscription but still the amount has been deducted from my credit card without my consent. I am constantly trying to contact its helpline number but the number is switched off. Kindly cancel my subscription and refund the amount as soon as possible
