I had ordered 4 combo kurtis from this website and they sent me wrong products. After complaining them about this through emails they requested me to send the product back to them through shree maruti courier. They received the product n i sent them the pod delivery confirmation through email but i never received any reply from them. Then i tried calling them on there contact number also they confirmed that they received the product but still they arer not refunding my money back to my account nor they r sending me back the original product i had ordered. I even paid extra money to send the courier back to n they will not pay me for that also. Was this information helpful? |
