House Owner — Bad attitude

Guys, be aware of this owner. I paid 650 rental fee per month, before i move in she told me i can use the aircond and fan altogether, i can also cook and use the fridge. After 2 months, the owner starts playing her trick, by firstly keep asking for the upcoming month's rental fee which in the agreement i will only need to pay her on the first every month, but, before the first day of every month, for example now is april 10th, she is already asking me for the may rental fee. She is not only asking but also forcing you to pay at that time itself. I told her my pay haven't out need to wait until end of the month but she say i can lend from other people first or at least pay her half of it. Not only that, she keeps sneaking into my room when i am not at home, reason because she just want to check whether i got off everything and close the window or not, but what i found is she got move my things, and i'm afraid there might be something missing just that i never realize. She also start turning off the aircond in my room at odd timing like 3am, 4am or 5am in the morning. She will also off the aircond from the central and turn it on whenever she feels like it. Our agreement was totally different from what she is doing now.
