House Owner — house owner mentally harassment and use bad language

My name is tanu and i am leaving in adarsh nagar, sec-12, new railway colony, gurugram. Here i am leaving with my husband. My husband and me both are doing job but my husband is traveling from one city to another for his job purpose. When room owner see that i am alone in home then she always stop the water service and say me to leave the house. She always use bad language and mentally harass me. My husband is also not here because of his work and i am giving two months advance rent to owner. She does not return my advance and say me to leave this place within one week. She is also not giving the rent receipt to me. Please help me out. What can i do..
