I am a poor man residing at Door no. 369, Tamilnadu Housing Board. Phase -1, Tirupattur, Vellore District. The owner of the house is Mr Aruldoss.He is now at Chennai. His Cell Phone number is [protected]. I vacated the house on[protected] as there was no water there.
I had given him Rs 20000-00 [ Rupees Tenty Thousand] as ADVANCE. I intimated that I am going to vacate his house on[protected]. This i told him on 1-8-2015. I asked him several times to refund the ADVANCE immediately through Cellphone messages and phone calls.But he is simply keeping quite without saying anything.Almost 7 months over.But he did not return my money.
