[Resolved] Housefull International Furniture — Facing problem in furniture | |||||
I had purchased furniture in the month of april'2016 from chembur branch. In the month of august'16 we found that white fungus gets deposited in the inner compartment of furniture (Show case and shoe rack). Also we noted that in the shoe rack cupboard, at the bottom compartment, black polished portion found to be removed as a scale and original wood is seen. We are weekly cleaning furniture with dry cloth and taking utmost care of furniture. As the furniture is under warranty period, we had sent request to depute technician to our residence for verification of complaint, but no response from customer care and the concern person mr. Sep 15, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Company has not replied to my complaint even though with repeated reminders.
Product is under warranty period.
