I have given a job for demolition and reconstruction of my compound wall on 11feb. The workers have been very irregular and arrogant at times and incompetent as well. Finally they have done something which is totally not acceptable inspite of my regular reminders to them and their site engineers. There is just no interest shown by the supervisor who i am yet to meet itself. Due to my frequent calls to the relationship manager and a whatsapp group admin, yesterday someone came in to assess the work done and he agreed that it is done shabbily and not acceptable.
I need to raise the issue to the highest level since i have already paid a huge amount of more than 77000/- to house joy.
I hope some action is taken on this. Plz consider this as a formal complaint especially against mr chikkegowda, since maximum lethargy and disinterest was shown by him and his workers.

    Horrible beauty services. The beautician didn't do a single service properly.
    The product mentioned in my package was of vlcc brand, instead of that she used some local brand. It was totally a waste of time and money. I would never recommend the beauty services from housejoy to anyone. I want my all money back because i had to pay twice for the same services to some other salon.

      Hello
      I got termite control for my house done recently. I am trying to contact the person on call and also called on the customer care but no response.
      The termite control which was done was not done nicely as i encounter the mud like residues still. I was told that the inspection will be done in 3 months.. But no one came for that. I am very annoyed and want this to be handled in top most priority.

      I have booked an housejoy service job id[protected].. For plumbing services... Dey hv replaced by handshower but der is no water force in shower i have already raised a complaint to housejoy so many times. Bt from last 15 to 20 days dey havent provided me with the solution.. Bharat from housejoy have told clearly it cannot be repaired nor dey can change... Den why have dey charged me if dey cannot solve customer issue after job is done.. I am an housejoy user but now i found it an fraud company.. Who just enjoy with customer hard eared money.. Please take some action against dem so dey cannot fool people anymore...

      We had taken the pesticides services on 12th October which has proven the biggest mistake as after writing complaints or approaching that person is not at all helpful.. I have received mail twice saying that will get back to you but no one has get back yet. This is really a very nice business to take money and be fooling the customers. I DOUBT THAT REVIEWS ARE FILLED BY THE CUSTOMERS OR THE COMPANY ITSELF IS DOING. As per our experience the most pathetic service providers you are. Still hoping some professionalism from you.

        We had called a technician 4 months back as we had some issues with our refrigerator as it was not cooling, the technician came charged me 1585 and replaced a part which he said would be under a 6 months warranty, apparently to get the same i had to speak to mr bharath from customer care who acted like he owned the company and was very very rude however after a lot of followup he emailed the warranty, now the same refrigerator started giving us the same issue we called housejoy and they arranged for the same technician to visit my apartment he replaced the default part which is under warranty and before he could do so i asked him what is the total cost he said since it is under warranty i would need to pay him service charges which is 300 rupees once he completed the work he gave me a bill for 1800 when i questioned him he said my area is not under his network and he had no money for fuel my neighbour was sitting with me and she said that if you dont have money for pertrol you should talk to company and he then started shouting i paid him 500 and told him will talk tot he company as the part replaced was still under warranty, he kept on sending messages with his personal account number asked me to deposit cash, the next day when i explained this to housejoy they said they will look into it and call me back at 7.30 i get a call from mr bharath he is the same guy who just knows to be rude to customers he called me and said if i dont clear the dues he will send me legal notices to which i said please do send me legal notices the same night the technician called me and said he will come the preceding day as he had to pay fees he came took the balance and the same was informed to housejoy today i get the call and to my surprise they accuse me of not making payment and the sr operations manager always says i know you have not paid and make sure the payment is made.
        I fail to understand are they running a service industry or have they hired goons to threaten customers. This kind of behavior is not accepted and i need an apology

          Its been more than a month after the pest control service is done at my home, however, there is no sign of pests/cocroaches going away. Upon calling the customer care they said they don’t give any guarantee on pest control.

            I'm very unhappy with the service. I've met varsha a few times before. She's really sweet. But slow at times with her work.
            I have my wedding next week and asked for bleach. My face only half bleach happened. My stomach it didn't work. Back i'm not sure, even after asking to not do bleach in the back after i saw my stomach. She said it's ready and let us try. I don't have time to do trials and a re-bleach with my wedding in less than a week. Extremely unhappy! I'll have to go through it again. I'd rather have a refund

              We contacted HouseJoy to provide deep cleaning services for 3BHK villa.
              Deep cleaning services (with machine) includes the following:
              - Machine Scrubbing of floors
              - Deep clean the entire home
              - Clean the fans and other fixtures.

              What happened:
              - The contractor arrived very late to start the job around 2pm.
              - The job done is only partial due to rushing through the job without proper attention to the details to cleaning.
              - Only partial job is done. Some fans/fixtures are not even cleaned (nor touched).
              - HouseJoy contractor was in hurry to finish the job. This resulted in bad quality job. There are many places he cut cut the corners for his job.
              - When brought to his notice towards end of the job, he was very very rude.
              - He was so rude he did not even care to provide alternatives and explain why the job is half done and did not even collect the payment.

                Hi team,
                I had home general cleaning service from house joy on 9th october for rs 3650. My experience is worst with them, not professional at all not worth it. Local maid do better job in half the price. They came in time but they didn't had breakfast or lunch and they in a hurry to complete the job because they are tired and did job half hearted. I ask them to have break they took small breaks many times talking here itself and not had food. They didn't clean few parts of home atall and did mostly half hearted work rest of home.
                I had raised compliant that day itself but i don't get any update after that. I got call few days ago about it but i was busy with my son function so not discuss on phone asked to email. Bythe way i choose house job because my baby coming here after delivery for first time here but you disappointed me my badly. I did leftover cleaning that evening and left for my baby function in home town.
                Worst part is no action is taken even after 2weeks of my escalation to customer care on same day of service. I want to bring to be your notice about the issue and request you to take necessary action to fix it. If not not let me know your escalation matrix.

                  I booked a service of 2500, beautician was unprofessional and poor experienced, the items were used for services were not the one i paid for.
                  I got blood clots in both my hands due poor services, which sent a mail along with pics on same day, got a call after 8 days for offering 200 rs free services against my complaint as compensation.

                    It was a nightmare to deal with house joy because house joy and their technical people are very unprofessional to fulfill their commitments.

                    I have book services for plumbing and tiling. Reference no. [protected] date: 11th oct.

                    House joy people took money from me and half finished the work and ran away for the past 5 days..
                    Both the bathrooms were not in a condition to use.. We are suffering a lot without bathrooms for the past 5 days.
                    They were suppose to complete the work about 3 days ago. Still they haven't made any progress.
                    Every day i call customer care, they will tell me some cock and bull stories like their people are coming in next an hour or so.
                    This fooling story was continuing for the past 5 days.. And house joy was incapable to deploy the people.
                    We have wasted 5 precious days just keep waiting for their persons to come and start the work.
                    And their technical people switch of their phones for most part of it..

                    It is just a harassment for the customers because they have booked the services and paid the money.. We are stuck now..
                    This kind of poor commitment and unprofessional attitude from house joy was unimaginable.

                      I booked my request for ac repair on 29th september via order id[protected].
                      The service provider visisted me and said that the problem is that there is no gas and that i should get my gas refilled. He quoted rs 2950 as total price.. I paid the full amount and they filled in the gas. The ac again stopped working after 2 hours. The second time the servicer visited me he said that the coiling is the problem.

                      I would have only paid rs 250 visit charge and not got any further repairs on my ac.

                      Now housejoy is not refunding my amount. They can keep rs 250 of visit charge but i need refund of my rest of my money

                        I haven't received same yet.

                        I have reached out to their mail support as call support (3 times now).
                        They ask me to wait for another 48 hours everytime.

                          Hello, latha, it is disheartding the way you disconnecting the call. I am sure you understood what problem we had, our 10 year old data was deleted and we did not got all what was agreed. Rather than provide support to us, you took side of your technician though he was who did all this. You can ask sanjay kalra who check the laptop and confirmed, nothing was done on the heating problem. Rather than solving it, you asked to book another service...

                          Hello, latha is taking side of her technician and not listening to what i saying. She is not listening to what i was saying. She also cut the call. The laptop is not working as i have asked what needs to be fixed. Latha was trying to tell that her technician has done all correct and the problem is in us. I don't know why she is taking his side. I want someone to come to my place as fix the heat issue. The other issues and i sure they are incompetent to fix.

                            Hello, despite many complaint, it has been you unprofessional behavior that it have costed a lot. That Deepanshu Arora gave laptop yesterday and has deleted all my data infact he has formated both the drives and deleted my latest operaing system and installed old one. He has given a big pain as all the data where there from 2010 till today has gone. My laptop display has been stolen by him and given second hand with lot of patches. 3D he did nothing and sent only pictures from other PC which were only images of glasses and no actual 3D.I have been asking long and long and nothing you did, ultimately this result. I gave him payment upfront that is the problem, i shouldn't have done it because of image of housejoy i did it and got this pain. Even all the things i asked for he did nothing. They are still the same. I lost what i had earlier is gone. He is a big cheat. I need my 6 thousand and 20 thousand for damages and pain he has done. I want you to get into it now and sort it out. Will wait this Saturday, if done take and action I will go to consumer court.

                            Hello, Sanjay Kalra called, seems to be polite unlike Deepanshu Arora, issue is Sanjay is not into data recovery hence he cannot help much but he has given reference for data recovery company, the process demands more money, who is going to make payement as data is removed by Deepanshu, he was also not able to fix 3D and did not gave Bluray DVD ROM which was one of the delivery agreed intially. He has not able to deliver anything but stole my display and broken my 3D glass that cost 10, 000/-. What i demand is my amount that he has taken and the glass. I still don't want anything extra but these 16000/-. Kindly you get from him and housejoy should give me as he was a technician from your side. Let me know what is the mode of transfer

                              I have not received payment for failed transaction done at housejoy.in website. There have been three payment failed at payment gateway, two on 8th august and one on 9th august for the amount rs. 4590.20 each. Also there is one more payment pending against cancellation for the same amount of rs. 4590.20 for a successful transaction (Jobid[protected].

                              Total refund to be rs. 18360.80

                                Hello,

                                It is frustrating that no action has been taken despite my raised complaints. I have tried to contact the repair store. The owner is not picking phone and once picked and talking very rudely. This is not acceptable, contact him and solve it. Also ensure if he has fixed all issues as last 3 times he has not done anything. I gave my 3d glass as well to check, which is very costly. I am sure he would have done nothing. Also my original display he took from my laptop and replaced by second one, i want my original back. He is a cheat.

                                If he does not fix all, i need my full refund

                                Just checked he has also corrupted my 3D glass. Refer the image attached. It was costly for INR 10, 000/- I need this amount as well.

                                  Waiting for laptop to deliver at my place. There us no response from the service vendor. Promised for august 22 but it us now 27. I am surr he has not fixed anything and also stole my laptop display, pese get it sorted and deliver my laptop today with all functions fixed. He is not giving blu ray cd rom which he promised will give once stock is there by 3 august. Its been aeges and nothing is done. I am frustrated by this vendor. He is giving bad name to housejoy
