Housejoy.in — incorrect billing

I had requested for painting services from housejoy in the last month (17 may 2018). It was agreed that the cost of painting will be rs 10000 (Rupees ten thousand only) which includes service and material cost. However i had received bills/invoice for only for service which is rs. 3000 (Rupees three thousand only.) i spite of repeated requests and reminders to house joy, i have been receiving only calls assuring that bills for material will be sent to me but no bills have been received so far.

If any responsible person can take this issue and provide the necessary transparency it will be appreciated.
