I bought a HP laptop on 4th April 2022 which was all fine for 1month after that I found that it is having battery issues, The costomer service told me to troubleshoot which was not helping and I thought it is same for all products. A month later I started hearing Crackling and Whistling sound from the speaker, I informed them about the problem and after 2months the send an engineer visit today 10th August 2022. I thought they will fix it, but they couldn't even after replacing the old speaker. At this moment I gave up and started using the laptop as always but suddenly I couldn't connect my Bluetooth headphones. I troubleshoot many times re-installed drivers but nothing helped. At last I contacted them again at 8:26pm about the problem but they stayed unbothered and arranged another engineer visit, which concludes I was using a defective manufacturing product and asked them to replace it but they straight away denied.
I talked to many experts and they told me to replace it and if they deny I should complain to consumer forum for the harrasment I'm facing.
The brand HP is known for it's best products and services is harrassing me and sold a defected product with the cost amount of 68, 000/- which is a very big amount for people like us.
