Hp — Card reader is working in my New Laptop HP 15r279 TU Notebook

I have purchased a new HP 15r279 TU Notebook (M4X54PA#AKL) on 23/07/'15 and installed OS Windows 7. The Card reader is not at all working. Installed all available drivers through HP support Asst. Still the Card reader is not working. How can I solve the issue. I had called the customer care for this. I want to know whether a service mechanic will attend the complaint at my home. Muralidharan.
