Ordered a laptop over HP Online Shopping portal and got a faulty piece. Though case was raised to HP Customer care, as advised in the portal. Did not find any proper analysis or arrangement for system check initiated. Instead the technical team declared a battery replacement. After 8 days of calls and followups, the unit was declared defective and still awaiting replacement procedure.
There is no proper response or responsibility from HP for replacing the unit. Getting some apology mails and one liner mails with auto formatted lines.
This is total consumer insult and negligence, questioning their time and patience after taking the amount they stated for their commodity. Such cases must be closed by immediate call backs to customer, for its not customers fault to receive a faulty product which the company sent without proper quality checks.
Strict action is necessary for such unhealthy approach from these organizations. It may be some people of the organization who may be spoiling the reputation, but these type of negligence must not be entertained. Was this information helpful? |
