Hp Gas Agency — charging extra 50 rupees on the bill

Hp gas delivery boy charging extra 50 to 60 rupees per cylinder. Am observing from last 2 months in my lane also they are asking extra 50 or 60 rupees from the illiterate people. Once i asked the delivery guy when am at home, he replied why do you want about others? And he was serious on me.

Requesting you to please take necessary action on him. He is from 5 inc line godavarikhani, telangana 505214.
