Most respected sir,

With due reverence you are implored to give kind attention to my mail.I am not receaved my LPG Gas subsidy till now. I've called to Your Customer care more than 100 times and meet to your Distributor- Muskan HP Gas Gramin Vitarak, At+PO: Daharia, Chhatapur, Dist.: Supaul, PIN: 852137, with Xerox copy of my Aadhaar card, Xerox copy of my Bank Pass Book and Xerox copy of my Domestic Gas Consumer Card. Your Customer care and your Distributor- Muskan HP Gas Gramin Vitarak both have been told me again and again that go to UBI Branch and meet to The Branch Manager with your Xerox copy of Aadhaar card, Xerox copy of Bank Pass Book and Xerox copy of Domestic Gas Consumer Card and I had also performed it. Sometimes they (Customer care, Distributor and Branch Manager) told me wait some days your subsidy will be sent into your Bank Account suddenly, But sir! till now my LPG Gas subsidy is not sent into my Bank Account. Now they say to me that your Bank Account Number is wrong entered, so your LPG Gas subsidy has been sending into another Bank Account, Now we can not do anything for you Etc. Sir, now I want to say you that my Aadhaar card is linked into my Bank account, I've submit Xerox copy of Aadhaar card and Bank Pass Book then how can my Bank Account No. will be wrong and if Bank Account No. was not mine then how had my name was match with that Account No. There should be match my Account No. with My name, then they should proessed it. If that Account was not matched/not mine then they should not processed it i.e.; do not send subsidy into that Account.

Hence; I request to you kindly! give an appropriate hardly instructions to the related officers suddenly to send subsidy into my Bank Account. I'll ever be obliged for your kind consideration.
