[Resolved] Hp — hp deskjet gt 5811 not working

The undersigned purchased an hp deskjet gt 5811 under serial no. Cn7c35g0h6 fpu no: l9u63-64002 from the company few months back. The product was functional satisfactorily till few days back when developed some technical/operational problem (Incompatible print cartridge).

On enquiry i was asked to contact [protected]. When contacted the concerned gave another telephone no. [protected]. The said number did not respond. Therefore, compelled by the circumstances to lodge a formal complaint herein.

Work suffering for want of restoration of the printer.

Complaint is within warranty period.

Request for immediate restoration.
