I purchased this laptop from chroma.. After 2 weeks the laptop switched off all of a sudden... I did not turn on even after charger was plugged.. No led indication on charging...
Hp customer care is off on saturday and sunday...
On contacting hp customer support, they said technician will visit my residence in one or two days...
They are off on christmas day also...
On contacting them the next day, they provided me another number to contact.. On contacting the other number, they say that the case is not assigned to them...
I am not sure on when will the technician arrive at my residence..
The laptop is not even one month old... I did not expect this.. I was working on some important office task that i am not able to continue it...
