HP India — back to college offer

Purchased the laptop and register for extended warranty and other offer like headphone, food coupon, ola cab coupon, food coupon.

Its been 3 months and i didn't get any of the above.
Customer care people are not helping also.
I have paid 5097 for the package and did not receive the coupons.

Please help and put a proper penalty to hp india for cheating student in the name of offers.
