I have returned newly purchased hp laserjet m1005 mfp printer 12a cartridge due to bad quality print to the hp replacement centre, at jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore on[protected] under pending no.1972, arc: iqor, and they have informed me to replace the said cartridge within[protected]. But till date they have not replaced the said cartridge.

Kindly arrange to deliver the said cartridge at the earliest and oblige.

There is no response for my complaint mailed on[protected] regarding replacement of newly purchaser M1005MFP printer cartridge. After my several request to the HP Service centre of Jayanagara 3rd Block, Bangalore, there is no response about my complaint. Kindly arrange to replace new cartridge at the earliest and oblige.
