Request you to help me how the case is closed without proper resolution to customer, if the customer logs a complaint without customer intimation and knowledge if you yourself closing the call than what is the use of raising a call with hp and what kind of service you people serving customer.
I have care pack and warranty is getting renewed and warranty is there till apr 2020.
I have few things to bring to your notice i have logged a case on my touchpad and display flickering issue.
Call logged with hp on 5 aug 19.
Service engineer visited on 09 aug 19
Call closed date 22 aug 19
After call closure i have been calling customer care regularly and i am receiving the answer we are escalated this issue with next level keep you update by evening, from that many evenings completed but not got any mail or call reply from hp and sometimes telling like service centre personally contacting with store to get the spare on a different call, nothing was received on a mail. How the customer will wait for such a long time without any communication.
Now my question is how the display bezel got damaged without outside body damage and top cover damage. As per my understanding and knowledge the engineer who has visited my place is not in handling old model laptop's and broken my part, and he shown there is a breakage on the part and it will get covered in adp, and he has guided me to write accidental damage happened by falling adapter.
The case was logged on flickering and touch pad now the topic was changed and call got closed on a different part. Whether hp can address my issue or explain to me the next level of process to get this issue closed.
Note : request you to reach me over the mail as i am having no phone access during office hours and have very limited access to calls.
