I purchased an HP All-in-One PC 20-c406il on September 9, 2020. On October 22, 2020 just month and half after the purchase it suddenly stopped working. On October 23, 2020, after trying out all the troubleshooting measures mentioned by HP virtual agent I raised a case and the case number was [protected]. That time I was told that a technician would visit with 3 working days. However no one has visited me till now that is November 25, 2020 i.e., even after 1 month from reporting the issue.
I have followed up multiple times since then, mailed my concern to CSS_Service head every time I am told that this has been escalated to next level and someone will get in touch with in next 24-48 hours. Not just that, many times I am told that the issue is assigned to different service center and asked to contact them for further updates and either the number provided are not available, if available calls are not answered and if answered ambiguous updates are provided. On top of that my recent emails to CSS_Service Head are not even acknowledged.
I am really concerned as there doesn't seem to be anyone taking ownership of resolving the issue and this has made me repent having purchased this product.
