I had purchased hp laptop (Hp pavilion 15 notebook pc, 15-p077tx having serial no-5cd43800n6 and product no-j6n42pa-acj) on 4 jan 2015 in dhanbad. Now i am facing charging problem and i need to resolve it immediately. Please help me here any way. I am also giving my address details.
