HP India — Customer care executives | |||||
I have ordered rcd on the last week of march 2017 and still now I have not received it. I have called your customer care executives about it but they are so inefficient to help me out with anything. They do not bother about the problems faced by us and give us wrong information, misguided me. I guess hp should abondon their call centre department as it is of no use. Apr 16, 2017 itismita's response Dear sir it obsereved that the subsidary amount has not been credited to my indian bank ac no for the last 5/6 times booked gas cylinder.my consumer no is 601772.kindly query the above said prob and take necessary action required.
