My name is Aryan Gupta and I am a student
I have purchased a laptop (hp 15s fq5010tu) from hp store (Virendra traders) from gwalior on 4-August-2022. Firstly there was overheating in my laptop and the backup was also poor so I went there to tell my problem but they misguided me as they said the windows are updating and it will heat for 1 to 1.5 months but the heating didn't stop and one day it was over heated too much when I was in indore so I registered a case on hp customer care

And after 2-4days i got the doa for replacement and they told me to get the laptop replacement from the store so i went to gwalior he took the laptop but they told me that there is no laptop in stock for this model and we will get you the laptop from indore. But now he is saying that this model is discontinued by company and now he was just avoiding me so my father called him as my studies were being disturbed but he talked with my father very disrespectfully and i also told him earlier that if this model is discontinued then I can compromise with pavillion 15 eg2009tu which does not have antiglare and sd card slot and is of same price range but he was asking for 6-7k rupees more and he also disrespected my father. I don't want my money back I just need laptop of same model replaced. I bought it for my studies but I couldn't use it and now he is avoiding and teasing us.i trusted hp so Please help me regarding my issue and look into it ASAP
