Dear sir,
The hp notebook is covered under 3 years onsite warranty. It was purchased under hp ntpc offer. Order ref-843477, invoice no. Bwrri[protected], invoice date-04.02.2017
The monitor/display unit was having hardware problem. It was communicated to hp via email on 10.08.2018 and subsequently over telephone. The snap shot of the display screen was sent to hp on 18.09.2018 as per the telecon with hp support team. The issue was not resolved. The hp support team reply on 21.09.2018 is mentioned below for your reference *.
Currently the note book is not getting switched on and nothing is visible. The product is being used in my home at plot no. 1523/12446, satya vihar, p. O: rasulgarh, bhubaneswar-751010, odisha.
It is requested to resolve this issue soon by sending your service engineer stationed at bhubaneswar.
If the issue is not resolved by hp within 7 days then we will be forced to go to consumer court to resolve this issue as already 2.5 months (75 days) have passed.
