Dear Sir,
I have purchased an HP Omini 10 Tab on 24.04.2014 for my office use, however, since its purchase I am facing great hardship as it stop working at any time and its touch screen did not work due to which my working has suffered badly. I had visited thrice to the HP Service Center at Rajauri Garden but no avail. Hence, it is requested that the same may kindly be get replaced with a fresh piece. The Tab is still lying with the Service Center since 8.01.2015 and I had already send the Retail Invoice to the Service Center.
Hoping an early action in the matter as I am facing great hardship due to non functioning of the Tab.
