[Resolved] HP India — Delayed Delivery and wrong information about product delivery | |||
I have paid Rs.56000 against purchase of a Laptop on[protected]. i had booked this subject to availability of the laptop in stock. Till date i am only getting SMS that my product is packed and ready for dispatch. There is no person in the company who is responding correctly. Twice i have received an SMS that my product is shipped but it has never reached me, in fact it has returned to its origin. Such dubious dealing of this company. The customer care line is always busy and no one comes on line. Is there a method where we can drag this company for wrongly providing details of the product delivery and not responding to our emails. I am unable to even apply for a refund.
