Dear sir, I have purchased a “hp pavilion notebook 15-cs2082tx” on date 25/7/2019. There was a offer of hp back to college-2019. I got registered with hp with full payment and sent all the required documents to hp redemption cell. Redemption code is nrzl583129nr and product serial no. Is 5cd9247b0y. After this i got a mail that all the entitled gifts will reach your registered address / email id within 30 days. From that onwards till today i have not received my bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset. It’s has been more than 3 months and after that they assured me that it will be dispatched in 3-4 week but still i haven't got proper update when will they dispatch that item. This is not very good behavior from your end. I am a student and got mentally harassed by your support. Really got disappointed from the customer support please do take necessary action and try to dispatch that item as soon as possible.
