Dear sir, I purchased HP pavilion notebook last year in October, from Kanpur INDIA Product description: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-b172tx Sleekbook Product number: D9H69PA Serial number: 5CD324BCM7 Few days back Under warranty service engineer replace laptop screen. Hp case ID [protected]. after that F1, 5, 6 these three keys are not working. now display is gone. please assist me, my laptop having one year accidental warranty and two year warranty.
