[Resolved] HP India — failure to provide service invoice

It has been nearly two months since the service technician has visited for repair of a printer, but sysnet global which looks after the service of hp priducts is unable to provide the service invoice recipt. The person in charge mr. Vishal ganjoo keeps telling me that he would mail me the invoice at 3pm whenever i call him. The man is a total fraud
