[Resolved] HP India — Faulty lap top issue problem | |||
I believe HP is making faulty products and I have proof to confirm the same. I bought a high end lap top HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1025tx in Oct 2019 that turned defective in about 6 weeks from date of purchase. I lost all my data and the company replaced my lap top declaring it as a DOA in Dec 2019. Now the battery in the new lap top has turned faulty in 13 months and the company claims that they cover warranty only for 12 months. They want me to pay for the replacement battery whereas they should be taking accountability for the same Was this information helpful? | |||
