My pavilion laptop serail number is 5CD3248SP1.Last month i had a problem in the keyboard and i complained it to HP and they sent a new keyboard and the problem was solved.But, the enginner who dismandled the computer done some problem.Now i cant close or open the lid because something was broken inside.I am very disappointed about service and i want rectify the problem.still i am having the warrant upto 2016.my email id:[protected]@gmail.com and phone number:[protected]
