[Resolved] HP India — headphones redemption | |||
I had purchased a HP pavilion laptop with comes with the B&O support by which we can redeem B&O headphones. Also i paid a certain amount for the headphones and now all their Helplines are closed and not responding to any of my complaints. It's about 9 to 10 weeks and they always delayed by saying that your date for the headphones was 8 weeks after purchasing. So please kindly look into this matter. Or i want my refund for the amount i paid for the headphones Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir my laptop not working when I turn on the laptop then automatically shutdown after 15 sec. and error the system has detected that cooling fan is not operating correctly. the system will shutdown in 15 sec.

I had bought a laptop of HP and i am not cause any issues or problems with laptop it's has some black patches on screen and it was developing to the whole screen there are many complaint with same problem if the laptop was under warranty also they are not covering the laptop please consider the problem about the problem
