This is with reference to my complaint Case Id 50259327 or [protected].
in spite of repeated follow-ups over phone and email issue is not resolved till now neither received positive behavior from the customer care team. Due to high brightness issues, my kid's online classes affective and loss of study but no one showing willness to resolve the issue in HP team.
I am attaching my communication as below to show you act of your team.
Is it my mistake I bought a product from HP with faith for better after-sales service ?

I am extremely disappointed. Since the past 2 weeks we are replying to your queries only. It is affecting my children's online classes as that much brightness isn't suitable for the eyes. I am sorry to say that if this problem isn't resolved in the next 24 hours I have to escalate this issue to a notch higher. I hope you won't let your reputation down.

I am writing this to bring to your notice that I am utterly disappointed by the service provided ( Case Number :[protected] by such a big and reputed firm.I am facing brightness issues (brightness set to 100% neither decreasing nor increasing ) since a week. I contacted the service centre and they tried to resolve the issue on that day but even after a 1 hour try they were unsuccessful. So they called us agin next day to send a technician who came today. He said that we need to recover this pc which requires 32 GB pen drive which will take 6 hours and also that I need to do it on my own with the help of call centre. So why have you send the technician if I had to purchase and set everything alright. The call centre representative was unable to solve that's why he sent the technician but now they are saying agin to contact the call centre. I am astonished with fact that eventough my computer is in warranty period I am facing such headache issue so what will happen if the warranty period expires! Not at all Happy with your after sales service. I have also attached service call report for your convenience.
Hope you will take actions as soon as possible.
