Sir i recently purshase a hp14s i3 10Generation laptop on 25 jan 2021 from chroma saket. After the use of 1 day the laptop was creating a issue like heating problem, hanging and slow processing. Then i will complain a hp service center they check my newly laptop and told me in this laptop please increase a ram and insert a ssd. But this newly laptop why are hanging and running slow? Hp is not solve my problem. I am getting very upset with this product. Sir please My problem should be solved as soon as possible.
