Subject- in one year after purchasing 5 month hp laptop start problems many times, 4 times automatically mother board not working. In bhopal hp service center sysnet replace mother board and usb ports three times after that again laptop not opened. Automaticallly shut down and no any response. So i mentally harrassed with this system . I am a media person my name is indresh gupta. Indresh.[protected]@gmail.com i want to replace this system because now i don't want to repair again if from your side no any response get, i forced to case in consumer forum.
