Dear mr. Suresh babu
We have purchased hp 260-a112in intel pqc/win10 slim-line desktop pc dated 28.03.2018
But after 20 days its started getting hang, i have contacted your customer care on same time (27.04.2018) they have confirmed that i will get the resolution, i have received some recovery disk from hp & one of your engineer was also visited, he installed the disk but however the issue have not got resolved.
I have again contacted c care but they are saying the same thing over and over.in this situation it’s getting very difficult to trust hp in future. Being a brand this is not expected from you and secondly your after sales support is pathetic.
Please take corrective action and resolve the issue on priority basis or i will have to take this up to higher authorities and social media.
