[Resolved]  HP India — hp back to college offer

I bought an hp notebook in the month of august 2019
The salesman informed me about the ongoing offer “back to college offer”
So i registered for the same, after payment and all my claim was approved on 13th august 2019. I paid the amount for additional 2 years onsite warranty + 1 year of accidental damage protection + 1 year burglary & theft insurance for notebook + unistal software worth rs. 5000 + protegent antivirus + eat. Play. Hop card worth rs 9600 + bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset

Out of which i have recieved all the offers except the bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset which were supposed to be delivered till now
But there is no acknowledgment of dispatchment of the product yet.
After waiting for a long time of expected delivery
But today its been over many days and there is no sign of dispatch and even their customer care service is down from few days
There is no way to contact them.
Hp should not fool their customers like this.
They don’t even revert to the e-mails sent by me.
Pathetic service
Please resolve this issue.
