Very much disappointed with hp support.
I did 3 times troubleshooting online with hp technician, hp technician visited onsite for support, then sent video of display issue and idr file to support team, hp is unable to resolve the issue.
Now they picked my laptop to their service center for diagnosis.
As a customer trusted in hp and i am not ready to accept faulty laptop, i should get the replacement of the laptop at the earliest.
I raised the display issue case with hp with in 13 days of purchase.
Video clearly shows no display while voice is audible. Was this information helpful? |
