Purchased HP Envy Laptop 14-eb0020TX (S.NO- 5CD129JDJX) on 27th May, 2022 for Rs 90, 000 and just after using 3-4 times the laptop's display has gone bad. Nothing is visible on the screen.
Complaint to HP regarding this and had a live session to help to resolve the problem and told them I need to replace this faulty laptop or either pick this up and refund my entire amount.
Currently they are not providing any response. HP case ID - [protected] on 11th June, 2022 and they told technician will visit within 48 hours but still 3 days have passed no response from then.
