HP India — HP Gas Amount Paid online - Booking not reflecting on App

Hi,

I have made a gas booking on HP Gas App online on 12-November’21 for 960 rupees. The Booking does not reflect on the App and on trying to reach HP twin city gas, there’s no answer at all from over a week-none of their numbers work.
How can I get my money or booking done ?
