HP have purchased HP Ink Tank 319 printer on 9-oct-2021, with in 40 days the printer is not working and as per agent multiple parts of the printer have to replace.
It's been 4 days, I am not getting help from HP support staf and manager, it's really serious matter and being a customer I am not all happy with the product.
I have requested for product replacement but the manager is saying after 7-15 days of purchase it's not replace able.
This is really impacting my day to day activities and the behaviour or manager and support staff is not good at all.
Please think twice before you order HP product, else you will suffer like me Was this information helpful? |
