Please help me. I have raised the complaint regarding my laptop in Jun 2021. Even after multiple repair attempts the problem is not getting resolved. Till today my laptop is dead, Not even starting.
Almost all major parts of the laptop are replaced within 1.5 years from date of purchase. Motherboard 5 time + 2 time Hard Disk Keyboard +Touchpad. Within 7 month from the date of purchase, the keyboard and touchpad stopped working in Sep 2020 and it took more than a month to resolve the issue and the laptop was also damaged, 50% of the inside screws were missing, confirmed by the HP engineer.
Now in June 2021 I have raised the complaint but it is still unresolved. Only update I am getting is "We apologize for the mistakes and the Technical team working on it."
Due to multiple repair attempts I don't have reliability on quality and working of the laptop. Now I don't have trust in the HP support team due to so many fake commitments and Updates during this period.
I have incurred a financial loss of Rs. 55, 000/- for non working due to faulty HP service and Laptop. It is like harassment, I am facing tremendous metal pressure.
I need a refund of My Laptop amount Rs. 68990 + Rs.55000 Compensation for Financial Loss and Mental Harassments.
