HP India — hp laptop/ battery charging issue | |||||
I bought hp laptop on 24 jul 17. It was working fine. Since last one-month, i am facing an issue of battery. It is not charging fully i. E. 100%. Some time it reaches to 93% or some time to 95% with displaying a message that 93% or 95 % available plugged in not charging. I contacted hp support, they took my laptop even on remote for a long time and try to find the issue but could not resolve the issue. All types of tests were run to find out the issue. They asked me send the screen shot of battery issue message 93% or 95 % available plugged in not charging. I send all the screen shots whatever they asked to forward but the matter is not resolved. However, today i. E. On 25 dec 17, lastly the hp tech team support told me that your issue was delivered to higher technical elevation team and they told that it’s a normal issue, it is not a problem. That means they are unable to find out the fault and simply said it is a normal issue. The laptop is under warranty and just five-months-old, and the battery issue is for a last one month. It is not understood how they said that this is normal issue. Battery should be charged to 100%. If it is not charging 100% that means definitely a serious issue with the battery. Either battery is to be replaced or the fault to be rectified. When i asked them, where should i approach now to resolve the issue, they simply said that you can approach consumer court.
