HP India — HP Laptop | |||
I bought 2 laptops from Amazon on 17th October and after 2 months both the laptops have display issues. One laptop I went to the service center to get it repaired, though they changed the display they spoilt the camera and the laptop is full of scratches as if its 2 years old. The second laptop has the same issues and now am worried should I go to the same service center who does not know their work. I have been using HP from past 10 years and every one in my family and office use only HP but I never expected such a poor service. How can 2 laptops have the same issue so that means there is a manufacturing defect in the entire batch... The service center is the authorised and main center in chennai but they are only interested in money and not in service . We are going there from past 15-20 days and there is no response for the same ... Is there any one responsible in HP who could solve a customer grievance ... The HP service center has given back one laptop saying dead on arrival and asked to tell Amazon to pick it up but there is no response form Amazon, If the product belongs to HP then why should it go to Amazon, when your service center has declared dead why should not they give me another one Was this information helpful? | |||
