I akansha bihan went to hp service centre Sysnet ranchi as i was facing problem on my laptop but the behaviour of service personnel was ill mannered as i was asking few questions regarding my laptop instead of replying they were arguing and force to purchase extended warranty rather focusing on solving problem, i was clicking picture of my laptop for my security purposes than they question about trust issue and behave in very rude manner I am so disappointed by such a big company treating their coustomer like this, their attitude reflect the company responsibility towards their coustomer kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and please make sure to correct coustomer interaction, i am attaching the receipt which they gave so that support centre will take necessary and strict action to resolve the issue, being a women i am afraid to re visit the service centre but they ask me to came today on 4 th of October to resolve the issue but they said they order the wrong part by mistake and they will call once the product reach, i am exhausted with this kind of service in order to my and all other safety and user friendly environment kindly take strict action against service person Saand improve coustomer service Thanking you .
