[Resolved] HP India — hp laptop work ing very slowly

I purchased a hp laptop from amazon india in nov 2018. The laptop is core i7 with window 10. I can not work on excel or powerpoint. Internet speed is horrible, very slow. Many times it hangs. Please resolve the issue.
